课程介绍

AMI6-12岁主教课程旨在帮助成人更好地了解孩子在6-12岁这一个阶段的特征，帮助成人在孩子的成长过程中提供更多适宜该年龄阶段儿童发展的帮助与支持，让孩子们在成长的道路上获得独立的能力、最大限度地发挥个人潜能、打造完整的知识体系、培养宇宙观。同时，非常适合家长以及想要从事蒙特梭利事业的教师。我们从中能够获得协助孩子的科学方法和一次自我提升的机会。课程将帮助您成为一名合格的蒙特梭利6-12阶段的主教老师。

课程内容

课时安排

-      440小时的课内培训（包括讲座）

-      至少140小时的教具操作练习

-      至少210小时的蒙台梭利教室观察和教学实习

基础课程（非AMI3-6主教持证学员须参加）：2020年8月30日-10月27日

第一阶段：2020年8月30日-10月27日

第二阶段：2021年1月4日-1月29日

第三阶段：2021年3月15日-4月9日

第四阶段：2021年9月6日-10月1日

需准备1500美金的预算，用于购买书籍以及制作教具等的材料。学员还可能至国外完成观察实习，因此仍需准备一定的预算。

A budget of $1500 should be prepared for the purchase of books and materials. Students may complete their observation and teaching practice abroad, so still need to prepare a certain budget.

培训师团队

· Ana Camilla

Ana Camila目前是墨西哥蒙特梭利研究院小学阶段的培训主任。她拥有哲学学士学位。同时，她是AMI 0-3岁婴幼辅助、3-6岁和6-12岁全阶段的蒙特梭利受训教师。她曾在墨西哥的奎尔纳瓦卡的一所蒙特梭利学校担任了三年的负责人。这所学校有一个完整的蒙特梭利教育体系，从小学到青少年阶段再到高中，还包括一所农场学校。她是AMI的小学6-12阶段的培训师。Ana Camila作为一名小学教师，已有15年的教学经验。她是一位从小接受了蒙特梭利教育的孩子，同时也是一位践行蒙特梭利教育的家长。

Ana Camila Jimenez is the director of training of 6-12 at Instituto Montessori de Mexico, A.C.

She holds a bachelor´s degree in Philosophy. She is Montessori-trained at the Assistant to Infancy, Primary and Elementary levels. She was director of Colegio Montessori de Tepoztlan, in Cuernavaca, Mexico for three years. This school has a full Montessori program at the early childhood, elementary, and adolescent levels, through high school, including a farm school. She is currently an AMI Elementary Trainer. Ana Camila has 15 years of experience as an Elementary teacher and she is a Montessori child and a Montessori

· Alison Awes

Alison Awes has been the Director of Elementary Training at the Montessori Center of Minnesota since 2010 and serves as an adjunct faculty member for Saint Catherine University, St. Paul. She holds Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Diplomas for Primary (ages three to six) and Elementary (ages six to twelve) levels, a B.A. in art history from Smith College, an M.A. in Latin-American studies from Tulane University, and an M.Ed. in Montessori education from Loyola University Maryland.

She has taught in both six-to-nine and nine-to-twelve Montessori classrooms. Ms. Awes is an AMI examiner and consultant, and has served on the boards of private and charter (public) Montessori schools. A former board member of the AMI Elementary Alumni Association, she currently acts as a pedagogical advisor.

As an international lecturer and keynote speaker, she has given numerous workshops and short courses on a wide variety of topics, including dyslexia, art and the work of the hand, the psychological and physical prepared environment, and moral development in the digital age. She has worked on the faculty at international AMI teacher training centers, including those in Thailand, Australia, and South Africa, and has also directed courses in England and Switzerland. Ms. Awes has worked to advance the philosophy, spirit, and practice of Montessori through regularly mentoring teachers in Montessori classrooms worldwide.

Allyn是密尔沃基蒙特梭利研究院的全职管理者和培训主任。她是AMI的小学教师培训师、主考官和学校顾问，是AMI培训委员会的成员，负责培训新的AMI教师培训师，她也曾是AMI /美国董事会的主席。

Allyn has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Education from Loyola College in Maryland. She also holds both Primary and Elementary Diplomas from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and has over thirty years of experience in Montessori teaching both children and adults.

Ms. Travis is the full time Administrator and Director of Training at the Montessori Institute of Milwaukee. She is an AMI Elementary Teacher-Trainer, examiner, and school consultant, a member of AMI's Training Group, responsible for the training of new AMI teacher trainers and a past chair of the AMI/USA board.
